Once again In The Game returns with the number one prospect hockey card set with the 2009-2010 Heroes & Prospects set. This year the base set is 150 cards, which is a good size for set builders and collectors that like to break packs, and with an insert ratio of 1:8 everyone will be happy.
This season the base is stacked with prospects as there are only four heroes (Elmer Lach, Ted Lindsay, Larry Kwong, and Ted Kennedy) and 15 AHL Grads (that include Jay Bouwmeester, Eric Staal, Jason Spezza, & Zach Parise to name a few).
There are also four International Prospects and they are Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Jacob Josefson, Dmitry Kulikov, and Mikkel Boedker. From here it is all prospects that have been playing in North America in either the American Hockey League or the three CHL leagues. 34 cards are AHL players and then there are 10 AHL rookies. The next 71 cards are CHL players and the remanding 10 cards are CHL rookies(THAT’S RIGHT ALL ARE THE FIRST CARD OF THAT PLAYER).
