American Idol Set Includes Short-Printed Caricature Cards

The Upper Deck Company is proud to announce the in-store arrival of its American Idol Collectible Card set! And a pair of short-printed “Ultimate Idol” caricature cards highlighting four well-known singing sensations will cause even more of a frenzy for collectors hungry to find their favorite stars. Let the proverbial chase begin!

The overall set also boasts select autographed cards from this season’s Top 36 finalists as well as several past American Idols. The autographed cards fall at a ratio, on average, of 1:12 packs (hobby shops) or 1:65 packs (retail), and feature autographs from Idols including Jordin Sparks, David Archuleta, Fantasia, Michael Johns, Carly Smithson and Elliott Yamin.

There are five cards per pack with 24 packs per box. What’s more, Upper Deck has sprinkled in two short-printed “Ultimate Idol” caricature cards that show a pair of well-known male and female singers battling it out.
